Midwest Properties acts as the General Contractor to all of our construction projects whether it be a small tenant finish or a complete building and site revitalization. We complete nearly $10 million in construction annually leaving no stone unturned during the process. We not only renovate what exists, but we extract a property’s maximum functionality while also creating a fun design to modernize every building we own.
